It's SO hard to say Good-bye!

Living here on the island presents very unique opportunities and amazing friendships! Even though we've been here for only 2 semesters I will always be forever grateful for the friends that I have made! All of the spouses are facing the same challenges and it brings us closer! At the end of this semester, it was very sad! A bunch of our friends were leaving the island. But we are so grateful for the time we had with them and we wish them all the luck in the world! :)

Me and the lovely Annie! Such a kind heart and beautiful lady!

My dear friend Kelsey! I am forever grateful for Kelsey! Her husband and Fi Dan served together as First and Second Counselors in the Branch. She wrote to me via FB and we became friends before we even met. Everytime I talked to her I just always laughed. I really miss her and her family!

Tocari Beach Day

On Saturday (December 14) we went on a Family Snorkeling day to Tocari Bay. It was about a 20 minute drive from campus. We had a really good time with all of the families that went with us.

If anybody knows Rylan...you'll know that Rylan and any kind of masks do NOT go together. His masks are always covering both or one eye. He's always squinting...and telling me that his mask is hurting him. Even his Halloween masks that I made for him did not fit him right. LOL, so this is a classic picture of Rylan. :)

Daddy's First Day of Vacation!

Fi Dan took his final December 10th! So it has be GREAT having a full time hubby and daddy again! On his first day off we went to the beach! Nenji and Rylan were at school so we took advantage of the situation and went to relax! It's been raining like crazy but this day was perfect! It was beautiful and I am so glad that Fi Dan was there to enjoy it! A lot of people have been telling me that the weather is the best this time of year and I have to agree!!! It's still a little humid and I still sweat, but it is NOTHING compared to when we first got here in April!

December 6, 2013

December 6 was a very busy day! The morning started off with me taking the boys to school.
In the morning there was a baby shower for a few ladies in the Branch. So we went to that. Then around 11 am The Prep School that Nenji and Rylan goes to put on a Christmas Program. It was great! They did so well! Rylan and Nenji are in a hip-hop/break dancing class and they performed. The boys did such a good job! They stole the show!!!

Later on that night we celebrated Spencer's birthday! I cannot believe my little boy is already 1! The year went by SO fast!

Getting ready to go to school!

My handsome boys!

"Pee in the Can" game.  You have to put a ball between your legs, walk across the room, and drop it in the can. Haha! So much fun! This is my friend Taran. :)

Having A Conversation With Spencer

Putting up our Christmas Tree Dominica style

We are not getting a Christmas tree this year! The only little trees I've seen around here are not worth getting! So I found some good ideas on pinterest. Here are the Christmas ornaments we made.
Nenji's and Rylan's ornaments

Putting up the ornaments on our string tree.

This was just REALLY cute, Spencer walked and wanted to sit in Nenji's lap. Rylan ran over and sat right down too.
